Order channels: Web site, Phone, Fax. Accepted forms of payment: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Amex

Order processing: Will occur within 24 hours of order.

Order status: Order verifications via UPS tracking will be e-mailed directly to the customer

Cancelled orders: Customers who cancel orders will be billed

for charges incurred up to the date of cancellation, as confirmed by PT USA's Customer Service Department.

Shipping and handling prices: Prices are valid for shipping in the US. Freight subject to change for international or expedited shipping requests.

Return shipping: Is the financial responsibility of the customer

Sales tax information

• We are required by law to collect and remit applicable sales tax for shipments made to: Pennsylvania & Wisconsin.
• Returns and exchanges can be made within 60 days of purchase.

Returns:

• made with a receipt will be refunded the paid amount of purchase
• made without a receipt will be made for a gift card of the amount of the item at the time of return

Exchanges:

• Will be done for the same item.
• If the item is no longer available, the exchange will be done for an item of the same value.

Defective merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 60 days. After 60 days, The Manitowoc Store will make a case-by-case decision.
